Boot-Stomped Spuds
- 2/3 cup mashed potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons nonfat powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon Butter Buds
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes, finely minced
- 2 tablespoons powdered Alfredo sauce mix
- 2 tablespoons bacon bits
- 1 pinch pepper
mix all ingredients together in a ziplock freezer bag and when you're on the trail add 1 cup of hot water to the bag of spud mix and kneed the contents thoroughly until well mixed.
