Jerky Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pouch Idahoan Mashed Potatoes (4 oz) (Loaded Baked?)
  • 2 oz Beef Jerky
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 c Water (24 oz)

Directions

  1. Break beef jerky into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
  2. Bring water to boil in cookpot.
  3. Add olive oil, jerky and potatoes water in cookpot. Stir.
  4. Cover cookpot with lid and transfer to pot cozy.
  5. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  6. Fluff with spoon and enjoy!
